Return and Refund Policy
EXEC LLC ("EXEC", "we", "us") wants you to be satisfied with your order. This policy explains when we accept returns and how refunds work.
30-day window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, with any seal intact, and in the condition you received it.
Because our pouches are a consumable product that goes in your mouth, we cannot accept returns of opened or used tins. This is a food-safety limit, not a judgment call — an opened tin cannot be resold or restocked.
If something is wrong with your order
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us at hello@execpouch.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and you will not need to send anything back unless we ask.
How to start a return
Email hello@execpouch.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and a shipping address. Items sent back without a return request first cannot be accepted.
Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable method; we cannot refund a return we never receive.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still do not see it, email hello@execpouch.com.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel before an order ships. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.
Non-returnable items
Opened or used tins, gift cards, and sale or clearance items marked final sale cannot be returned.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you never received your order, email hello@execpouch.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help you work it out.
