01/The Product
Is there nicotine in EXEC?
No. No nicotine, no tobacco, no synthetic nicotine. EXEC is a caffeine pouch — the format borrowed from nicotine pouches, the contents nothing like them.
What is an EXEC pouch?
A small white pouch you park between your lip and gum. It holds 100 mg of caffeine and 100 mg of L-theanine, plus vitamins B6 and B12. No cup, no can, no crushing a drink between meetings.
What is actually in it?
Caffeine, L-theanine, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, with more ingredients coming before launch. The full breakdown, including why we chose each dose, is on The Formula page.
How much caffeine is in one?
100 mg — about what you would get from a cup of coffee.
Does it taste like tobacco?
No. Five flavors are locked in for the first run and none of them go anywhere near tobacco. Names drop to the list first.
Where is EXEC made?
In the United States. Our pouches are manufactured at a US facility — not produced overseas and relabeled here.
02/Using EXEC
How do I use one?
Put it between your upper lip and gum and leave it there. Do not chew it, do not swallow it. When you are done, take it out and throw it away.
How long do I keep one in?
Most people go 20 to 30 minutes. Some go longer. There is no timer — take it out when you are done with it.
How many can I have in a day?
That is your call. For reference, the FDA cites up to 400 mg of caffeine a day as generally safe for most healthy adults, and each pouch is 100 mg. You know your own tolerance better than we do.
Who should not use EXEC?
Anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or nursing, anyone sensitive to caffeine, and anyone whose doctor has told them to watch their caffeine intake. If you are not sure, ask them before you try it.

No date announced yet. We are still finalizing the formula, and we would rather get it right than hit an arbitrary day. Subscribers hear the date before anyone else.
